PROCEDURE FOR OFFLINE DECARBONISATION OF THERMIC FLUID SYSTEM :  Start the thermic fluid heater by reducing the oil level in the system with the recommended dosage of “SPL” DECARBONIZER–F6 (Technical team will assist in calculating the exact quantity with the condition of oil)  Raise the temperature of the return oil to 150 ⷪC.  Using the pump, “SPL” DECARBONIZER–F6 add to the system.  Circulate the mixture while keeping the return oil temperature between 120 ⷪC and 150 ⷪC .  Circulate for 24 to 36 hours (time depends on thermic fluid quality)  Drain the entire mixture while keeping the temperature above 50 ⷪC degrees Celsius.  Drain entire thermic fluid using compress air/dry air/nitrogen air as needed.  Wait 2-3 hours before charging the system with fresh thermic fluid.  Once charged start the circulating pump without turning on the boiler for 1 – 2 hours.  Start the boiler and gradually raise the temperature, especially between 95 ⷪC and 105 ⷪC, to eliminate any moisture (if any)
